Boo has been nice enough to tag me. Make it very nice.
But the past 10 days have been rather tough. I’ve been going through a lot of emotional turmoil. I don’t know if the matter is bloggable and, even if it were so, if I would want to blog about it. One minute I yearn to pour it down here — after all, it’s my space, my vent, nobody will know, blah blah blah. The very next minute I’m seized by discomfort over the idea — maybe I’ll be betraying my dear ones by posting it here, so what if they never get to know about it. With so much in mind, I couldn’t really write on anything else.
Anyway, now I’ve partly recovered. Enough to do the tag. Someone did say something about time healing, didn’t they?
Here goes the tag:
“Post 5 links to 5 of your previously written posts. The posts have to relate to the 5 key words given (family, friend, yourself, your love, anything you like). Tag 5 other friends to do this meme. Try to tag at least 2 new acquaintances (if not, your current blog buddies will do) so that you get to know them each a little bit better.”
Thing is, I’ve not been a regular blogger, and don’t have too many posts to pick from. Plus, as Boo says, I find it rather embarrassing to read my archives. Anyway, here goes:
Family: This is almost exclusively on my daughter, but then the rest
do get a mention or two. So..
Friend: I do have dozens of interesting friends, but these two are the
only ones
honored on my blog ;)
Yourself: Here again I hardly have any option but this
Your love: Ditto as previous entry so here goes
Anything I like: I quite ‘like’ my marriage so this
Now comes the tough part. I read zillions of blogs but I don’t know who might want to take up the tag. Plus, many have done it already. And I don’t have ‘new’ and ‘old’ blog pals. But I would love to know what Anitha, Shyam, Blogeswari, Maami and Gauri
have to say on this.
@shyam: do try! would love to read yours
Thanks for taking up the tag. Though I was thinking I have read all your posts, read the “When I turn 60″ only now. Loved the things I will NOT do. I would frame it and hang it on my wall soon!! Thankfully, my dad has the same motto and my grandpa too, now that I think of it. But Im so much like my mom, Im sure Im going to get the loony side from her and TALK all the time! Sigh!

Thanks for tagging me… although I think this might be a tad more difficult than others I’ve done
